Third match: It’s the Battle of Britain as “Bad News” Brown takes on “Bad Girl” Blair. It’s evident that Goldie’s previous bout with Julie has not tired her out as she devastates Yvonne in the first round, forcing Hollywood to start a standing 8-count for Yvonne. Barely surviving Round 1, Yvonne rallies in the second round, but her energy level appears to be ebbing. However, when Goldie goes down in Round 4 it looks like there may be an upset—until Yvonne hits Goldie with a crotch-crushing—and illegal—low blow. As the bell rings for Round 5, it’s one pissed off “Bad Girl” who charges at her fellow Englishwoman, bent on revenge and setting the stage for a definitive KO.
